Our private group training is a combination of the systems used in our one to one training program with the addition of friends and family to increase adherence and accountability. We use challenges and tasks to keep you primed and ready at all times.

Online Personal Training

A graduating step for those who have mastered the process of habit forming and consistency. Confident and ready to do it on your own with the guidance of programming and nutrition ? This ones for you!

Mobility

Joint health is an integral component of feeling good. Participate in our mobility program to improve end of range tissue health and reduce and manage pain.

Cardio Vascular Health

Aerobic exercise is an important aspect of overall health. Participating in our HIIT, Interval and metabolic conditioning programs in conjunction with our other available programs will lead to a balanced overall approach to your health which will ensure you are given every opportunity to reach your goals.

Nutrition

Be given the tools for optimal success. Our approach to nutrition is holistic and guided with the advice from qualified nutrition professionals. Prime uses tracking tools alongside healthy recipe packs that integrate with my fitnesspal to ensure we stay on top of your goals.
