Here’s what to expect when you enrol in our one-on-one training program.

Transformation Roadmap
  • Apply – When you apply, Chris our head trainer will get into contact with you outlining the best possible solution for your specific goals and needs.
  • Assess – When accepeted into the community you will undergo initial testing to establish short and long term goals as well as base line measures to improve on.
  • Integrate –Here you will learn and implement all the tools given to you to reach your goals. Improving your habits and overall health leading to self autonomy.
  • Graduate – This program is designed for those individuals who have grasped the concept of gaining independence in their own health. You no longer need the guidance of a coach to tell you what to do, instead you’ll be given what you need to excel on your own.
The Journey
  • 2x one on one personal training sessions per week – Join Chris throughout the week to undergo a program specifically designed to your personal goals.
  • Access to community group – Get access to our private community group where you”ll be given tips and information to make your journey easier.
  • Nutritional guidance – Be given the tips and meal plans designed by a nutrionist to aid in your weight loss and performance goals.
  • Personalised programs – Throughout your 12 week block of training, Chris will design a program specific to your goals and adjust it as you go.
  • Habit tracking tools – Habits are an integral part of success and changing your bad habits for good ones require you to track, swap and implement them. Receive the tools to make the change easier.
